This function assigns observed water quality files to rivers and reservoir segments. Use the Data Module to prepare the files, ensuring that the correct latitude and longitude coordinates are set. Then use this function and select all the files which are applicable to the watershed. Each station will be assigned to the river or reservoir segment on which it occurs. Imprecision in the coordinates of the station or in the coordinate system of the map (based on location and scale) may result in a station being associated with the correct river segment or not being associated with any river segment.
