Following is a description of the parameters associated with Heat & Light. Refer to the main Reservoir Coefficients page for information on other categories of coefficients. To save the changes made when closing this dialog, click OK. To ignore changes, click Cancel.

All of these coefficients apply to each reservoir segment in a multiple segment simulation or to the whole reservoir in a single segment simulation.
Radiation Absorbed in Top Layer is the fraction of surface radiation that is absorbed into the top layer (0.2 – 0.4)
Depth of Radiation Fraction is the depth at which the initial fraction of light is absorbed (0 to 2 m)
Secchi Disk Depth is the approximate secchi disk depth that is used to compute the extinction coefficient is water quality is not simulated (>=0 m).

When the Apply Changes To Selected button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the reservoir segment being edited will be made to all selected reservoir segments. When the Apply Changes To All button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the reservoir segment being edited will be made to all reservoir segments.
