Reservoir Initial Temperature Following is the appearance of the Initial Temp. tab of the Reservoir Coefficients dialog:
Following is a description of the parameters associated with Initial Temperature. Refer to the main Reservoir Coefficients page for information on other categories of coefficients. To save the changes made when closing this dialog, click OK. To ignore changes, click Cancel.
The reservoir temperature profile at the beginning of the simulation must be entered into the spreadsheet. To change values, click with the left mouse button in a cell and change the value. Enter depths (>0 m below the surface) in the left column and the corresponding temperature (degrees C) in the right column. The graph automatically updates itself as data is entered in the spreadsheet. For single segment simulations, this is the initial temperature for the whole reservoir. For multiple segment simulations, this is the initial temperature profile of this reservoir segment only.
When the Apply Changes To Selected button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the reservoir segment being edited will be made to all selected reservoir segments. When the Apply Changes To All button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the reservoir segment being edited will be made to all reservoir segments.
