To build consensus, it is helpful to determine if stakeholders’ concerns are being addressed adequately. When each stakeholder was added to the stakeholder list, their concerns were entered. Each stakeholder has the opportunity to evaluate each proposed management scenario based on those concerns previously entered. Next to each concern, each stakeholder can enter a number from 0 to 5 representing that stakeholder’s satisfaction with each scenario. The overall satisfaction (“TOTAL SCORE”) with each scenario is automatically calculated on a scale from 0 to 100 based on the satisfaction number entered and the relative importance (weight) of each concern.
