Catchment Coefficients – Land Application

Following is the appearance of the Land Application tab of the Catchment Coefficients dialog:

Following is a description of the parameters associated with Land Application. Refer to the main Catchment Coefficients page for information on other categories of coefficients. To save the changes made when closing this dialog, click OK. To ignore changes, click Cancel.

The box next to Land Use shows which land use type’s application rate is displayed in the spreadsheet. The land application can be fertilization, animal waste, dirt and dust, or pesticide application. Click on the warmf00000054 to view and edit the loading for different land uses.

The spreadsheet shows the loading per unit surface area for several water quality constituents for each month of the year for the land use type shown above. Click in any spreadsheet cell and type in new values to change the loading.

Maximum Accumulation Time is the longest amount of time material deposited on impervious land surface can build up without being washed off. (>0, days)

When the Apply Changes To Selected Catchments button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the catchment being edited will be made to all selected catchments. When the Apply Changes To All Catchments button is checked, changes made to the coefficients of the catchment being edited will be made to all catchments.
