Mouse: 
Changes the function of the mouse so that it can create a freehand polyline. Click the left button down in the Map Window. Hold the button down and drag the mouse. The curve is drawn while the mouse is dragged across the Map Window. Let the left button back up in the Map Window to finish the freehand polyline.
