Mouse short-cut: 
Changes the function of the mouse so that the area of the Map Window to display is specified. Press the left mouse button down anywhere in the Map Window and drag the mouse to encompass the area to be viewed. Then let the left mouse button up and the view in the Map Window will change to the area specified.
